REAL OUTDOORS WITH TEAM NO PRISONERS

 Hi folks and Happy 4th of July from the Team No Prisoners family to yours!!!     Hope ya'll have a safe & wonderful holiday!   Our product for July is Moultrie  EZ Fill Game Feeders.  We have been using a couple of these on our privete land and I got to tell ya we are very pleased with them!  They have been very durable, accurate and EZ to assemble as well as fill.  They first came out being 5'4" in hight but after discovering this was just to easy for critters to get to, espcially hogs, they added a extension in the kit- raising the total hight to 6'.  The timer is a piece of cake to use- hey I got it right the  first time!  And they have been very good on battery life, after a year 8 months still full charge!  spreads the feed very good and equally, and no clogs.  I do wish the enclosed varmint cage was a little tighter together, to keep deer or squirrells from possibly spinning the plate but that is a bit of task even so. Hey Gang, It's June- Year is already half over ( yikes!) and Fathers day is coming also a certain Team Member has his 17th Birthday!    This Month I chose a couple of items that will make great Fathers day gifts or just plain good reading! 1. Is a book by Chuck norris in Titled " Black Belt Patriotism,"  Really good read for the individual who wants to see America back to her old self! Chuck shares his personel opion about what needs to happen and backs it up very well.  Go to Ammazon.com to buy.    2. is "The Ultimate Man's Survival Guide,"   It's loaded with skills on herism,survival,athleticism, chilvalry, and more!Great how-to sections on: survivor, provider, athlete, hero gentleman and phlosopher- each segment draws on real mens know how and philosophies. Some of the greatest real men of history are also discussed: Theodore Roosevelt, Winston Churchhill,  Cicero, G. Gordon Liddy, Bejamin Franklin and more!  This makes great reading for any man young or old, also idea for Fathers Day!   

This month's item is Strike King's Catfish Dynamite Paste. This is like alot of other paste or doughs used to catch Catfish except I've had great results with this! Just 2 things that I really like about it is, 1. It is VERY sticky, attaches to the treeble (and your fingers) very good AND stays on! No flying off in mid flight or easily desolveing off. Now it does break aloose slowly, to cause a chum line effect- to lure that big cat to the dinner plate (yours :D) but it attatches well. 2. It is the only dough that I've found that use's Catoppa worm's as one of it's main attractents. Catfish & others, can't refuse these little buggers!  Besure to stop in your local bait shop or discount store and give it a shot! 

For the month of April, we chose Restore oil additive to look at. Now you may be wodering,"What's oil additive got to do with fishing or hunting?"  Well plenty, if your truck goes down on ya, then it's either take mommas car or walk- nether is a good option! Restore is a additive that seals the microscopic cracks and imperfections in your motors cylinder walls over years & miles of wear. Test shows a trastic improvment in a few short weeks. I know my 1983 F150 Really runs better in just a month or so on Restore. The compression is back up, she starts better & running better ( MPG is improved also). So if you have a high mileage vehicle (75,000 of more) give Restore a  try! With everyone holding on to cars and trucks longer  it just makes good since to do all you can to take care of them, so they will take care of you.

Hey folks, I'm going to be  short and sweet about this months product tip;  Thermacell works!  It's simple design is affective and easy to se. You simply screw in the small butane canister, slide in the repellant pad & switch on! In about 10-15 minutes you have a 15 square foot area of protection. Some have said that they feel it may alert deer or hogs to your presence but I can honestly say we haven't had that problem. So if your heading outdoors this spring to do some fishing, turkey or hog hunting or maybe just on the back porch to sip some sweet tea, take the Thermacell with ya and keep them skeeters at bay! http://www.trophyrock.com/index.cfm       The Trophy Rock company based in Utah Has produced (or should I say mined what God has produced) a fine product.  We have been using it for a number of years now & can say that this is the way to go as far as getting deer (and other critters ) the vitamins they need! You don't have to even put it near a food scource or trail, you place it where you want it and they will fined it! It works best during the late winter thru early fall when most does are growing the fawns and nursing them. Also the bucks want it during Antler growing months. The company has a saying " If You want the Rack... Get The Rock";  and I would have to say this is accurate. We have seen not only an over all improvment of our local deer but also the size of racks has increased. Deer just like humans, need good nutrition to be healthy and like us, sometimes they need to take their vitamins!  Don't expect to get to hunt over it much ( unless you live where their is a very early bow season) cause they mainly use this during the time of year around hunting season. But if you use this inconjuction with other food scources, such as feeders, food plots or natural foods all ready in place,- I beleive it will help encourage the heard to make your neck of the woods the favorite hangout for year round success!  Hope this helps you in seasons to come; catch us next month for another proven performer in the field or lake!
